Plein air pastel painting of a beach on Lake Michigan.
Jill – the painting is beautiful – and I gave it to my Dad last night during his 65th birthday party. It was a huge hit!
Thanks so much for sending so quickly! And for the “extras” in the package! I will reach out to you in 2010 to possibly have you paint a little something for me!

Pete and I just love your Gettysburg painting!! Thank you SO much.
I know Nate will love it, because you did it and because Gettysburg is such
a meaningful place for him.

Watercolor painting of Portofino, Italy
I am the lucky recipient of this gorgeous watercolor of Portofino. It was a beautiful birthday surprise from my best friend. The matting and framing are exquisite, as well (we’ll have to e-mail you a photo of the finished product). Thank you, Jill, for investing your time and talent in this wonderful present. I will always treasure it.

Pastel painting of snow woods.
Hi Jill, I received the Last Storm pastel in the mail today – I love it! It’s even more beautiful in real life. I love all the cool colors in it…it really makes me feel like I’m walking in the woods in winter time! You do beautiful work; I feel so fortunate to own one of your pieces.
Happy painting,

Thank you sooooooooooooooooooo much Jill. I’m so excited to put them in a frame and give them to him. I don’t know if I’ll be able to wait til his birthday, which is the 19th, let alone Christmas.

Jill, I can’t tell you how much that portrait of Yoshi means to me. I can’t stop thinking about it/her. What a great gift it’s going to be!

Watercolor painting of a cowboy herding cattle out west.
Jill, thank you so much for making our Montana memories so tangible. We will walk by Cowboy Jed and be whisked, even for just a moment, back to those amazing vistas and the smell of sagebrush. Hope you get a chance to get back there soon.
Best wishes,
Caroline

Pastel pet portrait of a maltese dog.
The first time I saw Tucker’s portrait I melted. You sooooo captured my little guy – so sweet and so much the character at the same time. You truly create the absolute best pet portraits. What a wonderful way to keep these very special buddies with us always.
