FLORALS

I’ve always steered away from painting flowers but I’m beginning to see
what has attracted artists for centuries. In my exploration of light and shadow,
I’ve become interested in how sunshine changes the look and feel of plants.
Pastel is a great medium for catching that electric light that shines
through backlit leaves, buds and petals. Click the small images below
